Erick J. Wattenbarger, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to delivery of a controlled substance, a class C felony; endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs, a class D felony; unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, a class E felony; possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less (prior drug offense), a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful delivery of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 8.
Earnest D. Hamilton III, Trenton, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsiblity and failing to display plates on a vehicle and was fined $50.50 and $70.50 on each charge.
Jerrid S. Fox, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to violating a protection order for an adult, a class A misdemeanor. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 8.
Steven R. Berry, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a class D felony. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 8.
