Charges of felony non-support have resulted in the arrest of a Louisiana, MO man in Pike County on a Grundy County warrant.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 46-year-old Timothy L. Johnson is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on $10,000 cash-only bond after being arrested on the class E felony of non-support. Johnson is accused of not providing support for a minor child in July 2018 and is in arrears in excess of 12 months, owing a total of $9,092.13. In addition, he is a prior offender. Johnson is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 11.
