Judge Steven D. Hudson
Brandon W. Maberry, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less-prior drug offense, a class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to serve 15 days in the Grundy County Detention Center with credit given for 11 days served. He is to pay a $450 board bill and $116.50 costs. The case was heard by Mercer County Associate Judge Matthew Krohn on a change of judge.

Pleading guilty to a nuisance violation and fined $150 and $41.50 costs were John Woodland, Trenton, and Robert Coltrain, Newtown.
Kevin Wyatt, Trenton, had a trial set for Dec. 18 on a nuisance violation, to which he had earlier pleaded not guilty.
Patrick Stephens, Galt, and Kendall Barnes, Trenton, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility and were fined $25.50 and $41.50 costs.
Cissy Wilcoxson, Trenton, pleaded guilty to a miscellaneous peace disturbance and was fined $50.50 and $41.50 costs.
Kimberly Jacobs, Trenton, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to serve 45 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for six days served. She is to pay $41.50 costs.
Justin Bryan, Trenton, pleaded not guilty to domestic assault and had his trial set for Dec. 18.
Austin Medrano, Milan, pleaded guilty to driving while revoked or suspended and operating a vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility. Imposition of his sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year. He is to pay $41.50 costs on each charge. He also pleaded guilty to failing to register a vehicle and was fined $50.50 and $41.50 costs.
Jerrid Fox, Trenton, pleaded guilty to harassment and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for one year and is to pay $41.50 costs.
