Memorial services for Jackie Kelley Constable will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 17, 2018 at Honey Creek Chapel in rural Trenton.
Mr. Constable, a 77-year-old Trenton resident, died at 1:17 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 11, 2018 at Hedrick Medical Center in Chillicothe.
Mr. Constable was born on Aug. 24, 1941 in Princeton, the son of Garland and Avis Marie Kelley Constable. He graduated from Princeton High School and attended Maple Woods College in Kansas City, Rolla Technical Institute in Rolla and the Bethany Trade School in Bethany. He was a mechanic but, better explained, was a Jack of All Trades. He was a champion race car driver and pool player and even enjoyed skydiving.
Surviving relatives include a son, Todd Constable and a daughter, Debbie Pickett, both of Rolla; a sister, Pauline Yeaman and her husband, Jerry of Yuma, AZ; grandchildren, Ronnie Davis of Kansas City, Lauren Freeman of Shawnee Mission, KS and Charlie Pickett, Nichole Constable, Danelle Jordan and her husband, Jared, Trevor Constable, Troy Constable and Hannah Constable, all of Rolla; and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Troy Constable; three sisters, Helen Camp, Beverly Ratcliff and Phyllis Zimmerman; and two brothers, Bill and Winston Constable.
The family requests memorials to the Honey Creek Chapel Church. They may be left at or mailed to the Whitaker-Eads Funeral Home of Trenton, which is in charge of arrangements.
