City Council To Meet Nov. 13

The Trenton City Council will meet in regular session at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 13 at city hall. This is a day later than the normal meeting date due to the Veterans Day holiday.
Items on the announced agenda include an ordinance authorizing an agreement with Danny Stevens for rental of a portion of the large hangar at the Trenton Municipal Airport; an ordinance authorizing an agreement with Customized Environmental Solutions for removal, transportation and disposal of lime sludge at the city’s water treatment plant; an ordinance authorizing an agreement with American Fire Training Systems for construction of a fire training tower; an ordinance authorizing an agreement with Independent Electric Machinery Company for appraisal testing and maintenance services on the city’s switchgear substation equipment; an ordinance repealing a section of the city’s current building permit ordinance; an ordinance accepting and approving 32.69 feet of Riverside Drive and the cul-de-sac located at the end of the Riverside Drive subdivision, including dedication to public use; discussion/approval of a crane bid; discussion/approval of financing for the fire training center; discussion of S&P Global rating in connection with the city wastewater project; discussion/acceptance of property at 111 W. 11th St.; appointment of a replacement for Larry Bailey on the Building and Nuisance Board; discussion of asphalt plant electric motors; and discussion/approval of asphalt scale bids
An executive session for real estate is also scheduled.
