The Grundy R-5 Junior High School girls basketball team was in action at the Tri-County Tournament in Jamesport one final time on Friday. The Grundy girls fell 34-32 to Pattonsburg in the consolation final.
Daya Allnutt had 18 points to pace the Panthers while Anna Fordyce finished with eight.
Both the Grundy girls and boys teams are in tournament action again this week, competing an the Mercer Tournament.
