A Trenton man has been arrested after failing to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Jeremiah C. Lovell, 19, was arrested Tuesday and is being held on a $1,000 cash-only bond. He failed to appear in court on a class B misdemeanor charge of second degree property damage in connection with a May 2016 incident in which he allegedly damaged a 2005 Honda TRX450R owned by Jeremy Lovell. Lovell is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 13.
