Mary Lee Cahill, a 76-year-old Trenton resident, died at 4:24 a.m. on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Hedrick Medical Center in Chillicothe.
A visitation is scheduled from 6 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 22, 2018 at Whitaker-Eads Funeral Home in Trenton. Her body is to be cremated following the visitation with inurnment at a later date at Maple Grove Cemetery in Trenton.
Mrs. Cahill was born on April 4, 1942 in Kansas City, the daughter of Howard Lee and Ruby Bruce Campbell. She was married on July 5, 1977 in Independence to Merrell James Cahill, who preceded her in death on Oct. 29, 2007. After their marriage they moved to Trenton. She was a member of the First Christian Church and the American Legion Auxiliary.
Surviving relatives include her daughter, Victoria Lee Cahill of Odessa; a step-daughter, Codie Cahill Ogden of Raymore; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a sister, Milene Sedlock; and a step-daughter, Janice Laffoon.
Memorial donations are suggested to the First Christian Church and may be left with the funeral home
