Car Is Struck From Behind

One vehicle sustained extensive front end damage in an accident investigated on Monday by the Trenton Police Department.
According to Sgt. Jeb Walker’s accident report, the mishap occurred when a car driven by Paul A. Young of Trenton was traveling near the intersection of Ninth and Washington streets when a sport utility vehicle driven by Racheal N. Thomas of Trenton stopped in front of him. According to the report, Young was following too closely and struck Ms. Thomas’ vehicle from behind. There was extensive damage to the front end of Young’s car and minor damage to Ms. Thomas’ SUV. No tickets were issued in the non-injury mishap.
