Marshall Philharmonic Begins Season

The Marshall Philharmonic Orchestra will begin its 56th concert season on Sunday, Oct. 21, under the baton of conductor Kevin Lines.
The concert will be held at 2:30 p.m. in the Harold L. Lickey Auditorium of Bueker Middle School in Marshall. Buddy Hannaford of Trenton is a charter member of the Marshall Philharmonic.
The concert will feature the Kansas City Metro Men’s Chorus, led by Saline County native Noel Fulkerson. Admission to the concert is free, however, a free-will offering of donations to the Marshall Food Pantry will be accepted.
The Kansas City Metro Men’s Chorus is a 75-member musical ensemble with a mission to benefit area charities. The concert will feature separate programming by both ensembles as well as several combined patriotic selections.
This event is suitable for attendees of all ages. A meet and greet reception will take place immediately following.
