On Monday, Trenton’s high school volleyball team picked up its third win in a row, defeating Brookfield on the road, 25-15, 25-8. After fending off Brookfield in the initial game, Trenton sealed the match in dominating fashion, running away with a 17-point victory in game two.
Individual statistics were not immediately available from the match.
In lower varsity action on the night, Trenton split games with Brookfield in the C match, 25-17, 20-25 and Trenton captured a 25-17, 25-21 victory in the junior varsity match.
Trenton’s volleyball team will be back on the court on Thursday, playing host to South Harrison. Action in the Trenton High School gym is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m.
