The Grundy R-5 High School softball team was in action in Eagleville three times in three days last week. Grundy traveled to take on North Harrison in conference play on Thursday and returned to the same site for the HDC Conference Tournament on Saturday.
Grundy dropped the Thursday contest with the Shamrocks 18-1 before drawing a split on Saturday with a 6-1 loss to East Harrison and a 10-9 win over Winston.
In the win over Winston, Aubrey Gann drove in three runs and Emma Baxter finished with two RBIs.
Grundy added a second win on Tuesday night, defeating Tri-County 10-9 at home in Galt. Anna Milazzo had a double and two RBIs and Emily Otto had a triple with two RBIs. Grace Larson was five-for-five in the win.
The Panthers now sit at 2-5 overall on the season. They will host Southwest Livingston on Friday night.
