The Board of Adjustments of the Trenton City Council will hear two requests during a public hearing scheduled for 7 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 1 at city hall.
James Smith is requesting a 25-foot variance on the front-yard setback requirement of 25 feet to allow for construction of a porch and ramp at 506 Grundy St. Tim and Laura Bland are requesting a seven-foot variance on the side-yard setback requirement of seven feet, a 7.5-foot variance on the 25-foot side-yard setback requirement and a three-foot variance on the 25-foot rear-yard setback to construct a deck on the upper story of the back side of a building at 1242 Tinsman Ave.
