Members of the Grundy County Democratic Central Committee who filed for election in the August primary and were elected will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 22 at Royal Inn Pizza in Trenton to reorganize.
A chairman, vice chairman, secretary and treasurer will be elected. Following the election of officers, vacancies that exist in wards and townships may be filled by the elected members. Other business includes plans for activities during the general election campaign and the Missouri Day Festival in October.
