Information about Crowder State Park will be shared by staff during a public meeting on Saturday, Aug. 25 at the campground amphitheater.
The meeting will be from 7 to 8 p.m., with updates given about current and future plans for the park. Those attending will also be able to make comments.
A “spider sniff” will take place following the meeting, beginning at 8:30 p.m. at the amphitheater. Staff will present information about spiders found in Missouri, followed by a short hike. Those attending should wear closed-toe shoes and insect repellant as well as bring a flashlight.
