The Building and Nuisance Board of the Trenton City Council will meet at 6 p.m. on Monday at city hall.
Items on the announced agenda include a declaration of nuisance on properties at 802 Grant St., owned by Michael and Genee Weaver; 813 Olive St., owned by Michael and Cheryl Feldt, Denise Wilson and James Drake; 912 Grant St., owned by Jeremy and Nelda Kroll; and 1609 Bolser St., owned by Michael and Sherry Knapp. Public hearings will be held on proprieties at 412 E. 10th St., owned by Carol and Katie Smart/Phillip Drennon; 1312 Gilmore St., owned by Marvin Knapp; 1415 Lulu St., owned by Darrell and Amanda Williams; 2002 Chicago St., owned by Samuel Southers; and 2303 Chicago St., owned by Lee Simmons. Findings of fact will take place on property at 302 E. Seventh St., owned by Gary and Susan Jacobs. There will also be discussion on the 2018-19 demolition program and updates on current structures and nuisances.
