Crowder State Park, west of Trenton, was the site of the Taul reunion held on Saturday, June 9.
Families from Nevada, Colorado, Kansas and Missouri attended. Photos and memories were shared. Children played games and made slime under the direction of Jena Hunter.
Arthur Thomas Taul settled in Maryland before moving to Kentucky and then traveling west. He had six sons, Benjamin, Pentecost, Jonothan, Levi, Samuel and Micah and family members of Benjamin and Levi attended the reunion.
Area residents attending were Betty and Harvey Tucker of St. Joseph; Eugene and Irene Taul of Gallatin; and Jenny and Jason Hunter, Libby Fewins, Jena, Dillon, and Tyson Hunter and Dorothy Taul, all of Trenton.
The next gathering of Taul family will be on June 13, 2020 at the farm of Jenny and Jason Hunter of Trenton.
