Trenton Baseball Academic All-Staters

The Missouri High School Baseball Coaches Association has released its 2018 Academic All-State team. Trenton had three representatives on the team in Hunter Dugan, who earned his second selection, Chase Otto and Brice Gibler. Players must start 70 percent of his team’s games, be in the top 25 percent of his class or have an ACT score of at least 24 and carry a minimum GPA of 3.5 to be selected to the team.
Trenton’s team was also selected as one of 12 Class 3 Academic All-State teams by the MHSBCA. To earn this honor, teams must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher among its varsity players. Trenton’s varsity roster has a cumulative GPA of 3.03.
