Older Adult Election Set

Older adults in northwest Missouri have the opportunity to choose representatives from their respective areas for positions on the Northwest Missouri Area Agency on Aging Board of Directors and the Silver Haired Legislature.
Elections will be held on Tuesday, May 8 in each of the 18 counties in northwest Missouri. Seniors must be at least 60 years of age and vote in a center in the county in which they reside.
Absentee ballots are available for individuals who are unable to go to the voting location on May 8. They can be obtained by calling 888-844-5626 or emailing [email protected].
Grundy County is in the Green Hills Region and David M. Moore is a candidate for the board of directors.
Write-ins may be added for Silver Haired Legislator, as there are no SHL candidates on the ballot for Grundy County.
NWMOAAA is a planning and service agency which is charged under the Older Americans Act with identifying and meeting a wide variety of needs of older adults who are at least 60 years of age, in its 18 counties service area in northwest Missouri.
