Michael E. Oleson, Kansas City, admitted violating the terms of his probation on original charges of driving while intoxicated (persistent offender) and resisting arrest for a felony, both class D felonies. His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve his original sentence of four years in the Department of Corrections. The case was heard by Judge Steven D. Hudson and was a change of venue from Livingston County.

Drake W. Brown, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of peace disturbance, a class B misdemeanor. He was sentenced to serve six days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served. He is to pay $300 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund and $116.50 costs.
Larry E. Brown, Jr., Worthington, MN, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to first degree tampering with a motor vehicle, a class D felony; third degree assault (special victim), a class D felony; and resisting arrest, a class E felony. He is scheduled to appear in court May 7.
Cody J. Burchett, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to third degree assault (special victim), a class D felony; resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor; obstructing government operations, a class B misdemeanor; second degree tampering with property of another, a class A misdemeanor; and first degree stalking, a class E felony. He is scheduled to appear in court again May 7.
David T. Gathercole, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to failing to register as a sex offender as required by law, a class D felony. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 7.
Kyle R. Graves, Trenton, pleaded guilty to speeding, a class C misdemeanor, and was fined $51.50 and $68.50 costs.
William E. Grimes IV, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to stealing, a class E felony, and had his case set for May 7.
Jeffrey P. Hanna, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to fourth degree domestic assault, a class E felony. He is scheduled to appear in court May 7.
Jessie L. Ingraham, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to making a false report, a class B misdemeanor. He is scheduled to appear in court May 22.
Christian W. Jones, Trenton, pleaded not guilty to stealing, a class A misdemeanor, and is scheduled to appear in court May 22.
Daniel T. Rickey, Bethany, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Mark Romesburg, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to two counts of passing bad checks, both class A misdemeanors, a class E felony of attempted tampering with a witness in a felony prosecution and second degree burglary, a class D felony. He is scheduled to appear in court again May 7.
Nicole D. Weese, Mercer, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to tampering with a motor vehicle, a class A misdemeanor. She is scheduled to appear in court May 7.
Corey L. Meier, Gallatin, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $300 and $68.50 costs.
Brandy A. Knapp, Trenton, pleaded guilty to two counts of violating a protection order for an adult, both class A misdemeanors. She was sentenced to pay a fine of $200 on each count and $100 on each count to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund. She is also to pay $116.50 costs. She also pleaded guilty to three counts of class A misdemeanor passing bad checks. She was fined $200 on each count and is to pay $116.50 costs and $285 restitution.
Kory Neal, Utica, pleaded guilty to four class A misdemeanor counts of passing bad checks and was fined $200 on each count, $116.50 costs and restitution of $913.77.
Mark A. Rulo, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of peace disturbance, a class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay a $100 fine, $116.50 costs and is to pay $100 to the Grundy County Law Enforce-ment Fund.
Kasey Riggen, Brookfield, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks, a class A misdemeanor, and was fined $200 and $116.50 costs, plus $100 restitution.
Harley S. Riddle, Milan, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle with defective brakes. He was fined $200 and $68.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to second degree property damage, a class B misdemeanor, and was fined $150 and $116.50 costs.
Serena D. Wynne, Galt, pleaded not guilty to fourth degree domestic assault, a class A misdemeanor, and is to appear in court again May 22.
