The Trenton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold two hearings on Monday, May 7 at 7 p.m., both regarding the same item.
The first is a request from Earl Nance in care of Justin Collins to rezone property at 1115 Shanklin Ave. from I-2 heavy industrial to MU mixed use to allow operation of a food business at that site. The second request is also from Nance in care of Collins, seeking a conditional use permit for the food business operation.
