P&Z Public Hearing Set

The Trenton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. on Monday, May 7 at city hall to hear a variance request.
Gilbert Lynn McVay is seeking a front-yard variance and variance on the maximum area of an accessory structure to construct a 24-foot by 32-foot garage at 1721 E. Second St. He is also seeking a variance on the maximum area of an accessory structure and a variance on the maximum height requirement on an accessory structure to allow for construction of a 40-foot by 60-foot storage building, also at that property.
