Woman’s Probation Is Suspended

A woman who was already being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on assault charges is now being held on a probation violation.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 22-year-old Erin N. Gathercole of Trenton had her probation suspended on an original charge of tampering or attempt to tamper with a victim in a felony prosecution, a class D felony. She has allegedly violated the terms of that probation. Her bond is set at $25,000 and she is scheduled to appear in court on this charge on April 12.
