Margaret Jean Walker, an 87-year-old resident of Gallatin, died at 5:07 p.m. on Friday, March 16, 2018 at the Daviess County Nursing and Rehab.
Memorial graveside services for Mrs. Walker and her husband, Charles Raymond Walker, are scheduled for 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, north of Trenton.
Mrs. Walker was born on Feb. 25, 1931 in Trenton, the daughter of Elijah Lovejoy and Mildred Cyphres Treadway.
Surviving relatives include her sons, Charles Richard Walker and his wife, Bonnie of Pattonsburg and Bob Walker and his wife, Pamela of Jamesport; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Those preceding her in death include her parents; her husband on Aug. 20, 2017; a sister, Mary Williams; and a brother, John Treadway.
Memorial donations are suggested to either the VFW or Dockery United Methodist Church. They can be left at the funeral home.
