David Earl Thomas, a 61-year-old resident of Magnolia, TX died on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2018 in Magnolia.
A Masonic memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at the Trenton Masonic Lodge. His classmates from Trenton High School will be serving a lunch at noon at the Masonic Hall, with all friends and family invited to attend.
Mr. Thomas was a graduate of Trenton High School and was trained in tool and die in Ankeny, IA. He worked in tool and die shops in St. Joseph, Kansas City and Grandview before going to work for Hewlett Packard in Houston, TX. He traveled around the world setting up computer systems until he became ill.
Mr. Thomas is survived by his wife, Debbie; two daughters, Stephanie of Victoria, TX and Kristina of Magnolia; four grandchildren; his parents, Frank and Carol Thomas of Albany, formerly of Trenton; two brothers, Ronald Thomas of Albany and Larry Thomas of Liberty; a sister, Robbie Thomas of Albany; and several nieces and nephews.
