Mar 7, 2018 | Headline News

Local Internet provider Mid-States Services has announced that the company is beginning the next phase of their fiber broadband Internet project.
With positive survey results from Trenton residents and businesses, the fiber broadband project is moving forward.
“We are extremely excited to begin the engineering phase of the fiber project to provide residents and businesses in Trenton with access to the latest fiber technology and services,” Sarah Allen, office manager of Mid-States Services, said.
Engineers will be inspecting service locations and poles throughout the City of Trenton for the forthcoming fiber project. Residents and businesses in Trenton will notice vehicles and contractors in the area working, moving closer toward the construction phase of the Mid-States Services fiber broadband Internet service project. All vehicles will be clearly marked “Mid-States Services Fiber Contractor.”
“We are eager to move forward with our fiber project in Trenton and want the public to know that engineers will be working throughout the city to complete this phase of our fiber project” Mrs. Allen said.
Mid-States Services will offer three fiber speed packages – 50 Mbps, 100 Mbps, and 250 Mbps – to residents and businesses within the city limits of Trenton. The company is asking area residents and business owners to complete a “pre-signup” form online at https://midstatesfiber.net or stop by the store for assistance.
