A Trenton man has been arrested by the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department for violating his probation.
According to Grundy County Sheriff Rodney Herring, 37-year-old Bobby D. Morgans of Trenton was arrested on Tuesday by the sheriff’s department with assistance of the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
He is accused of violating his probation on an original charge of distribution of a controlled substance. He is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on a $50,000 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court on March 15.
