Jay Edward Ratliff of Trenton died at 8:15 a.m. today (Friday, Feb. 16, 2018) at the North Care Hospice House in North Kansas City.
Funeral arrangements are pending under the direction of Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton.
Mr. Ratliff is survived by his wife, Mary Lee of the home; two sons, Ralph Ratliff and Rubert Ratliff; and three daughters, Ruby Reich, Judy Railsback and Joyce Treadway.
