David M. Willey, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to first degree domestic assault, first degree assault and first degree property damage, all felonies. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 15.
Gary D. Hanes, Trenton, pleaded guilty to fourth degree assault, a misdemeanor, and was sentenced to serve 26 days in the Grundy County Detention Center.
Lynn D. Shipley, Gallatin, changed his plea to guilty on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for five years and is to pay $300 to the Grundy County Law Enforce-ment Fund and undergo a sex offender assessment and follow the recommendations.
Samuel G. Adams, Trenton, admitted violating the terms of his probation and had his probation revoked on a charge of second degree assault, a felony. His stay of execution of his sentence was set aside and he was ordered to serve five years in the Department of Corrections, with the court retaining jurisdiction for 120 days.
Gregory D. Baecht, Trenton, admitted violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana and had his probation continued with additional conditions.
Jeremy J. Osburn, Trenton, admitted violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of distribution of a controlled substance, a felony. His probation was revoked and the stay of execution of his sentence was set aside. He was ordered to serve five years in the Department of Corrections.
James I. Lewellen, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license, possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana and resisting arrest for a felony, all felonies. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 15.
Collette S. Pittman, Laredo, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to endangering the welfare of a child and hindering prosecution of a felony, both felonies. She is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 15.
Monica K. Proctor, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to hindering prosecution of a felony and endangering the welfare of a child, involving drugs, both felonies. She is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 15.
Christopher J. Warren, Bethany, pleaded guilty to deliver of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, a felony, and was sentenced to serve four years in the Department of Corrections, with the court retaining jurisdiction for 120 days and the sentence to run concurrently with one imposed in Harrison County. He is to be placed in an institutional treatment program.
Austin L. Frisbie, Cainsville, changed his pleas to guilty on charges of driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. Sentencing was set for Feb. 15. He pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $27.50 and pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10. He also pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle for which no title has been issued for by the Director of Revenue and was fined $52.50
Joseph A. Kincaid, Wyaconda, changed his plea to guilty on a charge of tampering with a motor vehicle and was sentenced to serve three years in the Department of Correc-tions, with the sentence to run consecutively with another Grundy County case. Execution of the sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for five years. He is to pay $300 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund and $5,929.52 in restitution. He admitted violating the terms of his probation on original charges of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana (three felony charges) and one count of operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license, also a felony. His probation was continued with additional conditions.
Jerry D. Reeder, Trenton, changed his pleas to guilty on charges of stealing and sexual misconduct involving a child under the age of 15, both felonies. Sentencing was set for March 15.
James R. Anderson, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for five years and is to pay $300 to the Grundy County Law Enforce-ment Fund.
Robert A. Brandon, Trenton, was sentenced to serve three years in the Department of Corrections on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, a felony, to which he had earlier pleaded guilty.
Rodney W. Cranor, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to three counts of felony second degree burglary. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 15.
Bret M. Thomas, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to tampering with a motor vehicle, a felony. He was sentenced to serve three years in the Department of Corrections.
Colby M. Weaver, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to an amended charge of third degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to serve 123 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served. He was sentenced to serve four years in the Department of Corrections on felony charges of sexual misconduct with a person under the age of 15 and second degree sexual abuse, with the sentences to run concurrently. He had earlier pleaded guilty to the charges. Execution of the sentences was suspended and he was placed on probation for five years. He is to serve 170 days shock time on each charge, with credit given for time served, and pay $300 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund.
Terry M. Delauder, Trenton, admitted violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of unlawful possession, transport, manufacture,repair or sale of an illegal weapon. His probation was continued with the condition that he successfully complete the CODS Program in the DOC.
