Judge Steven D. Hudson

Quamaine I. Butler, Gilman City, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second degree property damage, a class B misdemeanor, and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for two years and is to pay $1,770 restitution and $116.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to peace disturbance, a class B misdemeanor, and was placed on probation for two years. He is to pay $116.50 costs.
Benjamin D. Williams, Jr., Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of peace disturbance and was sentenced to serve four days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served. He is also to pay $116.50 costs.
The following defendants pleaded guilty to their charges and paid their fines through the Fine Collection Center, with their names provided to the Republican-Times:
Patrick A. Kost, Overland Park, KS, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $155.50.
Mistery L. Riley, Trenton, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
