Austin L. Frisbie, Cainsville, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a weapon, driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner (involving an accident), operating a motor vehicle for which no title has been issued by the Department of Revenue, failing to register a motor vehicle and not wearing a seat belt. He is scheduled to appear in court again Jan. 11, 2018,
Cassie M. Leffler, St. Joseph, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to hindering prosecution of a felony and resisting or interfering with arrest. She is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 11, 2018.
Kaila D. McClaflin, Browning, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked or suspended and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway when the roadway was of sufficient width. She is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 11, 2018.
Victor L. Tunnell, Galt, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to hindering prosecution of a felony. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 11, 2018.
Christopher J. Warren, Bethany, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to delivery of a a controlled substance. His case was set for Jan. 11, 2018.
Jessica M. Lotz, Trenton, changed her plea to guilty on a charge of delivery of 35 grams or less of marijuana. Imposition of her sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for five years. She is to pay $300 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund and complete 20 hours of community service.
Mark A. Romesburg, Trenton, had a one-day jury trial set for May 1, 2018 on a charge of third degree domestic assault.
Jordan L. Cabra, Trenton, admitted violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance. His probation was continued with additional conditions.
Patrick Shaun Michael, Trenton, admitted violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance. His probation was revoked and his stay of execution of his sentence was revoked. He is to serve seven years in the Department of Corrections.
Henry A. Mullenix, Kansas City, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to driving while intoxicated (serious physical injury), driving while revoked or suspended, not wearing a seat belt and operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner (involving an accident). He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 11, 2018.
Bradley Wilson, no address available, pleaded guilty to first degree property damage and had sentencing set for Feb. 15.
Curtis W. Wheelbarger, Trenton, admitted violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. The stay of execution was revoked and he was ordered to serve four years in the Department of Corrections.
Jerry D. Reeder. Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to stealing, statutory rape and sexual misconduct. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 11, 2018.
Thomas B. Dalton, Galt, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of first degree sexual abuse. Sentencing was set for Feb. 15, 2018.
