Telephone lines at the Grundy County Courthouse and the non-emergency phones at the Grundy County Law Enforcement Center are not working.
Lines went down early Monday morning and it will be Wednesday, at the earliest, before Windstream Communications can be in Trenton to examine the issue. Updates will be provided to residents once additional information is received.
The county’s 911 emergency lines are still operational. However, persons are being urged to use those lines for emergencies only.
