Building Board Agenda

The Trenton Building and Nuisance Board will meet at 6 p.m. Monday at city hall.
Items on the announced agenda include a declaration of nuisance for properties at 509 Jackson St., 511 E. Ninth St., 923 Custer St. and 1909 Carnes St.; public hearings on properties at 302 E. Seventh St., 305 E. 10th St., 400 Washington St., 701 E. Sixth St. and 725 W. 17th St.; findings of facts on properties at 3307 E. 10th St., 1109 E. 24th St., 1307 Harris Ave., 817 E. 19th St. and 1116 E. 23rd St.; certificate of existence of dangerous building at 416 W. 13th Ct., 1323 Tindall Ave. and 1103 E. 17th St. In addition, the board will hear an update on current structures and nuisances.
