Fire Reported At Trenton Sonic

The Trenton Fire Department responded to a fire at Sonic Saturday morning.
According to the fire department, grease build up on a fryer at the restaurant, located at 1905 E. Ninth St., was the cause of the fire, which had extinguished itself before firefighters arrived. The Grundy County Rural Fire Protection District and the Grundy County Ambulance also responded to the call.
