Trenton High School will be hosting a Financial Aid Night for seniors and their parents on Tuesday, Oct. 24.
The event will be held at 6 p.m. in the high school media center. Representatives from the North Central Missouri College Financial Aid Office will be present to help students navigate the timelines and procedures of financial aid and filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. The workshop is available and useful for all seniors and parents, not just those who plan to attend NCMC.
The FAFSA for the 2018-19 school year will be completed based on 2016 tax information. After the meeting, the THS computer lab will be available to any parents and students who would like to begin the process of completing their FSA ID and the FAFSA. To complete the process, persons will need to bring their 2016 tax information, Social Security numbers, W-2 forms and a permanent email for one parent and the student.
