Memorial services for Cheryl Lynn Knight will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2017 at the First Christian Church in Trenton.
Mrs. Knight, a 57-year-old resident of Edinburg, died at 4:31 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 6, 2017 at Cameron Regional Medical Center in Cameron. The body was cremated. Services are under the direction of Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton.
Mrs. Knight was born on Dec. 19, 1960 in Trenton, the daughter of Duane and Carol Allnutt Simmons. She graduated from Trenton High School in 1979. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Trenton.
She was married on June 17, 2001 in Trenton to Harold Lee Knight, who survives.
She is also survived by two sons, Ronnie Eaglin and his significant other, Adeana of Liberty and Kenneth Eaglin of Trenton; her mother, Carol Simmons of Trenton; three step-children, Brittney Le Ann Knight of Chillicothe, Ashley Renee Knight of Virginia and Alex Knight of Olathe, KS; two sisters, Sheila Hammett and Sharron Simmons of Trenton; and four grandchildren, Dakota Thomas, Chaise Ferguson, Odin Woodward and Regan Barrett.
