he Trenton High School girls golf team traveled to the Shirkey Golf Course in Richmond on Wednesday for a quad that also included Harrisonville and Lawson. Trenton carded a team score of 229, enough to top Lawson (235), but falling short of Harrisonville (210) and Richmond (224).
Werthen Gass led the Bulldogs, shooting a 49 to place third individually. Maci Henson followed with a 59, Oakley Madden carded a 60 and Grace Holcomb rounded out the Trenton total with a 61.
Trenton closed dual action with a 4-6 record after the 1-2 showing. The Bulldogs return to the links on Monday, traveling to LaPlata for the Class1, District 6 Tournament.
