Requests Approved Following Hearings

The Trenton Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustments held public hearings on Tuesday night, approving two requests.
According to Assistant City Clerk Tracy Maberry, the commission approved a request from Wahoo Concrete for a minor subdivision of property at 2919 Pleasant Plain to allow the business to sell two tracts of land. The Board of Adjustments approved a request from Paul and Barbara Cox for a variance to allow them to build a structure on property at 410 Pleasant View. No other action will be required on either request.
