The groom is the son of Byron and Beth Shields of St Joseph and the grandson of Waldean Brietenbucher and Robert Sr. and Shirley Shields, all of Trenton, and the late Noel Brietenbucher. He is employed at Johnson Controls.
The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Vici Holmes of St. Joseph and the granddaughter of the late Bill and Marilyn Knechtenhofer. She is employed at Mosaic Life Care.
The couple reside in Savannah.
