Performers for the Trenton 160th Birthday Celebration are still being sought.
Persons interested in sharing their musical talents on Saturday, Sept. 16 are asked to contact Diane Lowrey at 359-2212 or the Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce office at 359-4324. Performances will take place between 4:15 and 8 p.m., with a break at 6 p.m. for the chair races. The program will take place in the Sesquicentennial Park.
Other events scheduled for the day include children’s games, food vendors and a movie. The Grundy County Museum will also be open for viewing.
