Washburn-Fischer Engagement

David and Kristina Washburn of Trenton announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Samantha Jo of St. Charles, to Matthew James Fischer of St. Charles, son of James and Kathy Fischer of St. Peters.
The bride-to-be is a 2005 graduate of Trenton High School and is employed as the referral coordinator at St. Anthony’s Medical Center/Mercy in St. Louis. She is also the granddaughter of Carol Norris of Trenton, Kenneth “Buck” and Rena Sterling of Fresno, CA and the late Mary Sterling, Dennis Norris and Donald and Rose Washburn.
The groom-to-be is a 2006 graduate of Francis Howell High School and will graduate in 2018 from the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a bachelor’s degree in information systems. He is a return specialist with the Phoenix Group.
The couple planned to be married at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 4, 2017 at the New Town Chapel in St. Charles.
