The following defendants pleaded guilty to their charges and paid their fines through the Fine Collection Center, with their names provided to the Republican-Times:
Misty M. Freeman, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $30.50.
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $80.50 were Larissa D. Lebsack, Trenton, and Oscar E. Mensa, Milan.
Pleading guilty to not wearing a seat belt and fined $10 were Kyle S. Ulmer, Chillicothe; and Phyllis J. Virtue, Princeton.
