Micah Landes has been hired as the Executive Director of the newly formed North Central Missouri Development Alliance.
Mrs. Landes has been serving as director of Main Street Chillicothe since September 2013. She formerly worked with the Jamesport Community Association where she was the economic development and marketing director. She is a 2004 Graduate of Tri-County High School in Jamesport and is a 2006 alumni of North Central Missouri College.
According to NCMDA Board Member Phil Ray, Mrs. Landes has a true passion for promoting small towns and businesses. With roots in the local area, she recognizes the many challenges that small rural towns face and looks forward to “hitting the ground running”
Mrs. Landes, her husband, Aaron and son, Blaine reside north of Jamesport on their family farm.
Mrs. Landes will begin her duties with NCMDA on Monday, Sept. 11.
