Cade A. Darting, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to possession of liquor by a minor, failing to drive on the right half of the roadway when the roadway was of sufficient width, causing an accident and driving while intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 12.
Cheryl A. Davis, Princeton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to driving while intoxicated (persistent offender) and is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 12.
Waiving formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to tampering with a motor vehicle were William Z. Gentile, Hamilton; Jazmine R. McCallum, Trenton; and Mikayla M. White, Trenton. All three are scheduled to appear in court Aug. 22.
Marilyn D. Lewis, Princeton, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $26.50 and $68.50 costs.
Dustin W. Maun, Trenton, failed to appear in court on a charge of not wearing a seat belt and had his bond forfeited in the amount of $50.
Mark A. Romesburg, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to third degree domestic assault. He waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division. He is scheduled to appear in court again Thursday.
Cody D. Tucker, Coffey, pleaded guilty to failing to display plates on a motor vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Glenn N. Williams, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to second degree sexual misconduct. He is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 12.
Edgar Pittman, Cameron, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on the highway while his license was revoked. He was sentenced to serve four days in the Grundy County Detention Center.
Kimberly I. Stevens, Trenton, admitted violating the terms of her probation on an original charge of endangering the welfare of a child. Her probation was revoked on her suspended sentence and she was ordered to serve 52 days in the Grundy County Detention Center. She was given credit for 52 days served. She also waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to passing bad checks. She is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 22.
Tristan L. Vencill, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs.
Harvey Yoder, Jamesport, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident. The prosecutor requested the case be continued to resolve issues concerning insurance and damage in the accident. The case was continued to Sept. 19.
Jeffrey C. Corbin, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a motor vehicle with defective brakes and was fined $152 and $116.50 costs.
Gary L. Eads, Jamesport, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of careless and imprudent driving and was fined $300 and $116.50 costs.
