Bank of America N.A. vs. Kathy L. Cheek. The court entered a consent judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $8,003.12. The case involved a suit on account.
Saint Luke’s Hospital of Trenton vs. Teresa Kincaid and Kenneth Robert Kincaid, Jr. The court entered a consent judgment in favor of the plaintiff and against Teresa Kincaid and a default judgment against Kenneth Kincaid, Jr., in the amount of $5,667,86 on count I. A default judgment was entered against Kenneth Kincaid, Jr. in the amount of $409.96 on count II. A consent judgment was entered against Teresa Kincaid in the amount of $375 on count III. The case involved a suit on account.
Saint Luke’s Health System vs. Regena Renshaw and Bryan K. Renshaw. The court entered a consent judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $1,723.94 on count I; against Bryan Renshaw in the amount of $2,860.20 on count II; against Regena Renshaw in the amount of $3,145.80 on count III; against Regena Renshaw in the amount of $958.65 on count IV; and against both defendants in the amount of $178.16 on count V. The case involved a suit on account.
Midland Funding LLC vs. Tyler Wilson. The court entered a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $725.61. The case involved a suit on account.
Professional Anesthetic Care vs. Elizabeth Zuptich. The court entered a consent judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $1,128.23. The case involved a suit on account.
Lewis Kamphefner and Marie Kamphefner vs. Timothy Allnutt. The case was certified to the Circuit Division for a jury trial. The case involves a petition for damages stemming from property damage.
The following defendants pleaded guilty to their charges and paid their fines through the Fine Collection Center, with their names provided to the Republican-Times:
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $30.50 were Ricky L. Ableidinger, Jamesport; Ryan R. Fuhs, Knoxville, IA; and C. Ross Goodloe, Lexington.
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $55.50 were Floyd E. Cochenour, Hale; and Kevin D. Sexton, Carrollton.
Bryan K. Trahan, Calico Rock, AR, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $80.50.
