A Trenton man is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center after being arrested on charges of third degree domestic assault.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Joshua A. McIntyre is being held on $5,000 cash-only bond after being arrested on the class E felony. He is accused of attempting to cause physical injury to a female household member by placing his hands around her neck and head-butting her. McIntyre is scheduled to appear in court July 25.
Also arrested was Damaris E. Facen of Rolla, who was arrested for failing to appear in court on a charge of possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, both class D misdemeanors. He posted $800 cash bond in Phelps County and is scheduled to appear in court in Grundy County on July 25.
