The 2017 Golf Ball Drop, sponsored by the Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce and the Riverside Country Club, will be Saturday, Aug. 12 at the RCC.
Golf balls will be released at 6 p.m. The grand prize is $2,000 cash, donated by Barnes Baker Automotive. Second prize is $500 cash.
The cost to participate is $10 per ball with no limit to the number of balls one can purchase. Tickets are available from any Chamber Ambassador, Chamber board member or RCC board member. Tickets are also available at the Trenton Republican-Times office or the chamber office.
In addition to the ball drop, there will be a Par 3 18-hole Golf Tournament, swimming (fee for non-members), games and walking tacos available for purchase.
