Elijah Oyler was among high school seniors-to-be attending Boys State in Warrensburg on June 17-23.
Oyler, representing Trenton High School, served as a city council member in the city of Carnahan and earned two college hours in public administration. His participation was sponsored by the Trenton Lions Club.
