Damon Buss, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to non-support. He is scheduled to appear in court again July 13.
Shelly L. Gallagher, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. She is scheduled to appear in court July 13.
Kimberly A. Lewis, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a child. Imposition of her sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for five years. She is to pay $500 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund.
Robert Ewing, Trenton, had a one-day jury trial set for Nov. 1 on two counts of felony non-support.
Mark L. Moore, Brookfield, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated (persistent offender) and driving while revoked/suspended. He was sentenced to serve four years in the Department of Corrections, with execution of the sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for five years and is to pay $300 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund.
Joan H. Mueller, Ridgeway, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child. Imposition of her sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for two years, with the special condition that she have no contact with the child. The case was moved to Grundy County on a change of venue.
Timothy Stubbs, Kansas City, had a one-day trial set for Nov. 1 on a charge of non-support.
Tristan M. Greer, Trenton, had her probation continued on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, with the special conditions of electronic monitoring, obtaining treatment with 30 days, reporting weekly to her probation officer and having her probation extended for one year.
Terry M. Delauder, Jr., Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to driving while revoked or suspended and had his case set for Aug. 10. He waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to unlawful possession, transport, manufacture, repair or sale of an illegal weapon and possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for five years and is to pay $300 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund.
William N. Griffin, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to second degree child molestation. He is scheduled to appear in court July 13.
Gary D. Hanes, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to fourth degree assault, third degree assault (special victim) and resisting arrest. His case was set for July 13.
Missy L. Obey, Browning, changed her plea to guilty on a charge of stealing. Imposition of her sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for five years. She is to pay $4,362.89 restitution and $300 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund.
Timothy Harding, Trenton, admitted violating the terms of his probation on original charges of theft of a firearm and possession of burglary tools. His stay of execution was set aside and he was ordered to serve his original sentence of four years in the Department of Corrections.
Camry C. Holsted, Trenton, had her probation continued on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. An additional condition of 20 hours of community service was added.
Donald D. Suddarth, Trenton, admitted violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of violating a protection order for an adult (second offense) and had his stay of execution revoked. He was ordered to serve four years in the Department of Corrections.
Jeffrey P. Hanna, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to fourth degree domestic assault. A one-day jury trial is scheduled for Dec. 16. He pleaded guilty to violating a protection order and was sentenced to serve 14 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served.
David L. Shiner, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, two charges of delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid and one count of resisting arrest. He is scheduled to appear in court July 13.
Colby Weaver, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to first degree sexual abuse. He is scheduled to appear in court again July 13.
Carl W. May, Trenton, had a two-day jury trial set for Jan. 25 on charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana.
Levi G. Bell, Trenton, was sentenced to serve seven years in the Department of Corrections on each of two charges of second degree burglary, with the sentences to run concurrently. Execution of the sentences was stayed and he was placed on probation for five years. He is to pay $2,330 in restitution and $150 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund. He had earlier pleaded guilty to the charge.
Jennifer Boullion, Oxnard, CA, admitted violating the terms of her probation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana and resisting arrest for a felony. Her stay of execution was set aside and she was sentenced to serve five years in the Department of Corrections on the first charge and four years on the second one.
John J. Millar, Humphreys, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license (third and subsequent offense) and was sentenced to serve three years in the Department of Corrections. The sentence will run concurrently with one imposed in Sullivan County.
Emily C. Hildenbrand, Trenton, had her probation continued on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, with the special condition that she complete the CODS Program in the Department of Corrections. The court retained jurisdiction for 120 days.
Civil Court
Traveler’s Property Casualty Company of America vs. Lewis Equipment Services LLC. The court found in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $35,340.02. The case involved breach of contract.
