Twenty-one individuals from The Gifted Group from Grundy County (individuals with disabilities) attended the Special Needs Prom on Saturday at the Cameron Elks Lodge. A dinner was provided and a dance held immediately after. Staff from Styles Unlimited did hair and nails while Tessa Schlatter did the make-up. Hy-Vee provided flowers. Shelly Leininger and Joe Riedel were chosen queen and king of the prom by the Elks Lodge. This is the second year for the prom.
